摘要
目的观察神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)及负性情绪(抑郁、焦虑)在Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者中的变化,探讨NGF及负性情绪在Ⅲ型前列腺炎发病中的作用及关系。方法采用免疫组化检测Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者及健康男性前列腺液中NGF水平,同时用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行问卷测评,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者NGF水平及SAS、SDS评分明显高于正常对照组;Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者的NGF水平与负性情绪(焦虑与抑郁)程度呈正相关。结论 (1)神经生长因子可能在Ⅲ型前列腺炎的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。(2)NGF水平与负性情绪呈正相关,NGF可能为Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者负性情绪的中介物质。
Objective To observe the changes of mood disorders （depression.anxiety） and nerve growth factor （NGF） in patient with type Ⅲ prostatitis, and investigate the role of NGF and mood disorders in pathogenesis of type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods The level of NGF in prostatic secretions of type Ⅲ prostatitis patient and healthy men were detected by immunohistochemistry. Mood disorders of the patients were measured with selfrating anxiety scale （SAS） and selfrating depression scale （SDS）. All data was statistically analyzed. Results The expression of NGF and the scores of SAS and SDS in type Ⅲ prostatitis patients were significant higher than that in health group; There was a positive correlation between the expressions of NGF and mood disorders in type III prostatitis patients. Conclusion （1）NGF might play an important role in occurrence and development of type Ⅲ prostatitis. （2）There was a close correlation between the expressions of NGF and mood disorders. NGF might be an important mediated sub- stance of mood disorders and affect symptoms of type Ⅲ prostatitis patients.
