摘要
目的:探讨心理护理在成人头面部烧伤患者康复过程中的作用。方法:采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表分别在成人烧伤后的第1、7、14、21天评估青年组、中年组、老年组患者经心理护理后的焦虑与抑郁状态。结果:经两周有效的心理护理后,各年龄组患者的焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表得分均与常模标准分无差异。结论:不同年龄的头面部烧伤患者伤后的心理状态不同,患者伤后的焦虑与抑郁状态和烧伤深度有关,病情越重,焦虑与抑郁症状越重。采用相应的心理护理方法治疗后,出院时患者的焦虑与抑郁状态均能恢复至正常水平。
Objective： To explore the role of psychological care in rehabilitation process of adult burns in head and face. Method： Anxiety and depression of adult burns in head and face were evaluated after psychological care in young ages group, middle ages group and older ages group. The evaluations were made with self- rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self -rating depression scale （SDS） respectively at the time of 1st, 7th , 14th , and 21st day post burn. Results： After 2w of psychological care, there was no difference between the scores obtained from of every age difference group and normal standard scores. Conclusion： The psyehological state of the different age patient burned in head and face were different. The degree of the patient＇s anxiety and depression after burn injury is correlative with the depth of burn injury. The illness is more serious, lhe symptom of anxiety and depression are more severe. If the appropriate psychological care is taken, the psychological state of patients with anxiety and depression can return to normal levels as they are discharged.
