中耳先天性胆脂瘤误诊原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的减少先天性胆脂瘤的误诊和漏诊。方法对1996年1月~2005年4月我院共收治的9例误诊为其它疾病的先天性胆脂瘤进行回顾分析。结果误诊原因有4方面:①症状不典型,检查不细致;②病史询问不详细,分析不全面;③医疗条件差,诊断受到限制;④对本病的认识水平不足。结论应提高对本病的认识,根据年龄、病史、仔细的耳部检查、结合听力学、影像学检查进行全面综合的分析,薄层CT扫描可作为本病的常规检查。 Objective To reduce mistaken diagnosis of congenital cholesteatoma in middle ear.Methods During the year of 1996~2005 nine causes with congenital cholesteatoma were misdiagnosed as the other diseases and analyzed retrospectively in our hospital.Results There were four causes for misdiagnosis of congenital cholesteatoma:①Equivocal symptoms and careless examination;②Carelessness in history-talking and the lack of a comprehensive study for the symptoms and physical signs;③Diagnosis were limited by the poor medical condition;④The lack of recognition for congenital cholesteatoma.Conclusion Improve comprehension for congenital cholesteatoma.A complete and comprehensive analysis should be made on the basis of the age,the past history,careful examination,audimetry measurements and image date.Folium CT scan of temporal bone should be a routine measurement for congenital cholesteatoma.
