摘要
目的对铸瓷嵌体、硬质复合树脂嵌体、金合金嵌体、镍铬合金嵌体、银汞合金的边缘适合性进行研究对比,为临床应用提供参考。方法选取25颗成人新鲜离体磨牙,制备标准Ⅱ类洞型,随机分成5组,分别制作铸瓷嵌体、硬质复合树脂嵌体、金合金嵌体、镍铬合金嵌体、直接法银汞充填。随后对所有样本作冷热循环及染色,并作片切,对染色深度作测量,结果应用秩和检验的统计学方法进行处理。结果IPS EmpressⅡ热压铸瓷嵌体组边缘染色深度值最小,银汞合金直接充填组边缘染色深度值最大。铸瓷嵌体组、硬质复合树脂嵌体组及金合金嵌体组分别与镍铬合金组、银汞合金组的边缘染色深度值相比,差异有显著性。结论IPS EmpressⅡ铸瓷嵌体和Brillant硬质复合树脂嵌体的边缘适合性与金合金嵌体接近,优于镍铬合金嵌体与银汞合金直接充填。
Objective To evaluate marginal quality of five different restorations,including indirect composite inlays,pressed glass ceramic inlays,golden alloy inlays,Ni-Cr alloy inlays and amalgam.Methods 25 extracted human molars were divided into five groups and restored with IPS Empress Ⅱ ceramic inlays,Brilliant composite inlays,Yalian golden alloy inlays,Ni-Cr alloy inlays,or Antai amalgam.Standardized MO or DO cavities were prepared for all groups.After placement of the fillings,the samples were subjected to thermal cycling including 500 cycles,at a minimum temperature of 5℃ and a maximum of 55℃.Specimens were then immersed in 0.5% basic fuchsin dye solution for 24 hours.Each tooth was longitudinally sectioned and observed under a stereomicroscope.The dye penetration along the cavity walls was measured,recorded and analyzed.The results were analyzed by using the Rank Sum test.Results The Rank Sum test showed significant differences between each of ceramic group,composite group,golden group and either of Ni-Cr group,amalgam group,no significant differences among ceramic group,composite group and golden group,no significant differences between Ni-Cr group and amalgam group.Conclusion IPS Empress inlays in combination with Variolink Ⅱ showed perfect adaption,direct amalgam fillings showed the poorest adaption.Marginal adaption among ceramic group,composite group and golden group were similar.Marginal adaption of golden group were better than Ni-Cr group and amalgam group.Marginal adaption between Ni-Cr group and amalgam group were similar.
