摘要
根据对国际绩效改进协会的绩效技术标准和美国培训与开发协会的学习与绩效能力模型进行的解读与分析,不仅有助于进一步明确绩效技术领域的实践工作与能力要求,同时,考虑到上述专业组织与实践领域内企业等机构的密切联系,也有助于我们把握绩效技术相关人才的市场需求和定位,从而为相关人才的培养提供启示。
This paper analyzes the HPT Standards of ISPI and Competency Model for Learning and Performance of ASTD. The research on one hand helps us making clear the practical working requirements and necessary competencies in the field of HPT; on the other hand, given the close relationship between the above-mentioned organizations and various enterprises, it is also conducive in making certain of the market demand and positioning, so as to draw inspiration of talents cultivation from it.
