摘要
ATM网络中拥塞控制主要使用预防性控制措施,要求控制算法操作起来简单、快速、实时且易于实现。漏桶算法在用法参数控制、流量成形及流量监管等方面的到了广泛的应用。本文采用虚排队法分析漏桶参数对连接QoS的影响,分析表明,信元丢失/标记概率是漏桶容量与缓冲区容量之和的函数,并不完全依赖于单一漏桶容量和缓冲区容量。着重分析了不同的信源参数和QoS要求对漏桶参数的影响,分析显示漏桶容量随平均时延要求的提高以对数方式增加。漏桶容量也受漏桶负载和信源突发特性的影响。
The congestion control is one of the crucial techniques of asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) networks.Traffic control,which uses the Leaky Bucket,is a simple,quick,and Real time method.And it is an easily achieved method.The effects of the selection of the Leaky Bucket parameters on the quality of service (QoS) of connection are analyzed and the properties of the Leaky Bucket output process are also given out.The conclusion is that the cell loss/tag probability is the function of the sum of the Leaky Bucket capacity and the Buffer capacity,and it does not necessarily rely on the Leaky Bucket capacity or Buffer capacity.The Leaky Bucket capacity logarithm increases with the improvement of cell delay requirement and the load and parameters of the leaky Bucket also affect the Leaky Bucket capacity.The numerical results obtained can afford the network operators a design guide for demonstrating the Leaky Bucket parameter;therefore can meet the requirement of QoS negotiated during the connection establishment.
