摘要
弹药装箱设备是某项目的组成部分,需要装填的弹药重量约为50kg,装填时采用人工操作,劳动强度大,效率低。为解决这一问题,需研制出能够自动装填?药的一个系统。该装置具有自动、经济、高效、先进、实用的特点。装箱机械手采用气动控制形式,并通过控制系统控制其整个动作过程。该气动机械手简易,方便,易于操作。
Ammunition loading equipment is a part of an integral pro- ject which requires about 50Kg weighs to fill, But the filling process is done by manual operation which is labor-intensive and low efficient. In order to solve this problem, we need to develop a system that can automatically load ammunition. The system is the combination of au- tomatic, economic, high efficient, advanced and practical features. The robot arms is pneumatically powered and controlled by control system. The operation of the arms is simple and convenient.
