摘要
高等学校高水平大学的建设需要高水平师资队伍的创建,人才引进工作是师资队伍建设中的重要一环。在新时期人才引进模式日趋多元化的背景下,提出人才团队引进的必然性,分析了高等学校人才团队引进的实现条件,同时结合国内两所著名高校人才团队的引进效果进行了对比分析。指出只有正确处理好人才引进中的几个关系,才能使引进团队发挥更大的作用,进而促进高等学校整体水平的提高。
The teacher＇s qualification establishment is an important part of university faculty, and the talents instroduction is an important part of that. With the trend of talents instroduction with multiple mothods in the new era, this article brings forth the inevitability of talents instroduction in team, and analyzes the condition of talents introduction in team. At the same time,it gives the analysis of the effects of talents instroduetion in team combining with two well-known domestic universities, what is more, this article puts forward that the talents instroduction in team in order to play a bigger role , it should deal with the ~lations of talents instroduetion accurately, and promotes the whole level and efficiency of colleges and universities.
