摘要
工业园区是工业企业规模化发展的重要载体,是城市经济的增长极。工业园区的经济增长对城市的经济发展起着至关重要的作用,对经济高速发展下的工业园区的土地集约利用水平进行评价有重要意义。本文选取14个与工业园区土地集约利用相关的指标,从土地利用状况、用地效益和管理绩效三个方面,通过层次分析法和灰色关联方法对重庆市空港工业园区进行了土地集约利用状况的评价。研究结果表明:重庆空港工业园区土地处于基本集约利用状态,从各目标层和子目标层的集约利用分值来看,各层之间差距较大,且数值较低都有较大的潜力可挖。最后在分析差异原因的基础上,提出了工业园区土地集约利用水平相关政策建议。
Industrial park is an important carrier for large-scale development of industrial enterprise, and is growth pole of urban economics. Economic growth of industrial park plays a vital role in the development of urban economics, so it has great significance to evaluate the industrial park^s intensive land use level under the rapid economic development. This paper selects 14 indicators related with intensive land use of industrial park and carries out intensive land use evaluation through the analytic hierarchy process and gray correlation analysis from three areas: land use conditions, land use efficiency and management performance. The results show that the land is in the basic intensive state and has great potential to be explored. Finally, based on analyzing the reasons for differences this paper proposes policy recommendations related with intensive land use of industrial park.
