摘要
本文结合海事卫星通讯的特性,阐述了深圳市气象局海事卫星通讯系统设计概况,并就该系统在台风等气象灾害应急及重大活动保障中的应用进行了介绍,为气象部门在突发气象灾害和重大灾难事故中应急通讯系统的设计保障提供参考。
Combined with the character o{ maritime satellite communication, the design of maritime satellite communication system of Shenzhen meteorological bureau is elaborated. The application of this system in emergency of weather disasters like typhoon and safeguards are introduced. The design safeguard of emergency communication system in burst disaster and severe disaster accidents for meteorological departments is provided.
