摘要
大学是人生的重要转折点,是人生观、世界观、价值观的形成阶段,通过对大一新生的思想行为状况进行分析,有助于我们及时掌握学生的新变化和新特点,并以此为基础制订相应的工作计划,采取切实有效的措施帮助学生顺利完成由中学向大学的过渡、由少年向青年的成功转变,尽快适应大学生活,为学生的健康成长奠定坚实的基础。
College is the turning point of life as well as the most important period to form word outlook, views on life and values. It helps us a lot to master the freshmen＇s characters and changes by analyzing their studies and their thoughts. On the basis of it we can make the work plan and help the freshmen successfully adapt the transition from middle school to university and the transformation from youngster to adolescent. All of these will build solid foundation for the freshmen＇s growth.
