摘要
面对我国高校连续4年大规模扩招和高等教育改革不断深化的新形势,以及长期存在的大一新生不能尽快适应大学生活的实际问题,如何正确地引导大一新生尽快地融入大学的学习、生活中去,是高校广大教育工作者的重要职责。本文针对大一新生入学后面临普遍的思想与行为的种种困惑,提出教育、引导他们尽快适应大学生活的见解与建议。
In view of expanding the scale of enrolment at colleges and universities for four successive years in China and everdeepening of higher education reform and the current status that the college freshmen can not adapt themselves to college life as soon as possible, which has brought difficulties to their education and training, it is college educators' responsibility to correctly guide the freshmen to adapt themselves to college study and life. Accordingly some proposals to solve the college freshmen's problems in mind and behavior are presented.
