摘要
从操作的角度研究换热网络结构已定或网络正在运行情况下的操作夹点,在验证了管壳式热交换器动态机理模型有效性的基础上,提出基于动态机理模型,应用MATLAB/SIMULINK求解换热网络的最小温差和操作夹点位置,归纳了影响其变化的主要因素。以简单换热网络和现场原油换热网络为例进行验证,深入分析了最小温差的变化趋势。
The operating pinch point was studied with fixed heat exchanger networks (HEN) and runnig HEN from the aspect of operation. With verification of the dynamic mechanic model based on Tube-shell heat exchanger, a new dynamic model was developed to obtain the minimum temperature difference of HEN and the location of operating pinch point by using MATLAB/ SIMULIN. Leading influencing factors for the minimum temperature difference of HEN and the location of operating pinch point were also discussed. The effectiveness of the new model was tes- tified by using a sample HEN and apractical crude oil HEN with deep analysis on the trend of minimum temperature difference, which would lay a solid base for optimization of HEN operation and for a better economical performance.
