摘要
基于无源强化传热理论,提出一种新型缩放强化传热管。采用数值模拟方法研究了不同扩张段跨度时管内流体的传热及阻力降性能,并与光管进行了对比。结果表明,强化管可促进核心流体与边界层流体的混合,减薄层流底层,强化对流传热,同时增大换热面积,流体的阻力降显著增加,较光管的综合性能有所提高。数值结果为强化管的理论分析提供依据。
A new type of convergent-divergent tube was introduced based on passive technology of enhanced heat transfer. Numerical methods were used to study heat transfer enhancement and fluid flow resistance with different divergent space. The results indicate that, convergent-divergent tube urges on mixture between the core fluid and the boundary layer fluid, decrease the thickness of boundary layer, and enhance heat transfer, and the fluid flow resistance increases remarkably, the comprehensive performance is improved . The numerical results provide theoretical basis for the study of convergent-divergent tube.
