Objective To observe the different intensity of aerobic exercise on quality of life in patients with stroke and mental state. Methods 60 cases of confirmed cases were randomly divided into A, B groups, accepting intensity was 20% and 60% of the maximal exercise capacity for 10 weeks of aerobic exercise. Results After treatment, the SF-36 scale scores of all dimensions of physical pain and social function compared with those before treatment there was no significant difference (P〉 0.05)for both groups, the other six items, physical function, physical role, general health status, vitality, emotional role and mental health compared with those before treatment were significantly different (P 〈0.05). A group was higher than B group (P〈0.05) in the four indicators: general health, vitality, emotional role and mental health; insight and treatment attitude questionnaire scores compared with the value of both groups significantly improved. A group was significantly higher than B (P 〈0.05) by increasing the group, there was significant statistical difference. Conclusion The appropriate aerobic training to improve the overall health of patients and vitality, so that patients adapt to post-exercise load hemiplegia; aerobic exercise for patients with psychological insight and treatment attitudes have effectively improved the prognosis for stroke significance.
