摘要
众多研究表明,中老年人的跌倒是由于年龄的增长导致下肢肌力减退、关节柔韧性下降、前庭与本体感觉降低和中老年疾病等,使平衡功能下降而引起的。而平衡功能又是中老年人获得步行能力、完成日常生活中各种活动的基础之一,因此,帮助其恢复良好的平衡功能至关重要。大量研究证实我国传统健身项目可有效改善平衡功能,是预防跌倒的有效方法。该文将国内外近年有关我国传统健身项目对改善中老年人平衡功能影响的研究进展做一综述,为该领域研究者提供参考。
Numerous studies show that the falls of middle aged and older persons are caused by the decrease of balance function, which is owing to lower limb muscle strength ,joint flexibility and vestibular and proprioceptive sense decrease as well as senile disease induced by the growth of the age. Balance function is the one of the foundations that ensure the middle aged and older people keep ambulation function and finish the activities in daily life,so it's quit important to recover their balance function.Chinese traditional fitness programs have been proved effective to Improve the balance function and prevent falls. The article gives a systematic review of the domestic and foreign research relate to the effect of the Chinese traditional fitness programs to improve balance function,in order to provide reference for related researchers.
