摘要
以循环经济理念为基础构建黑龙江省土地可持续利用评价体系,对黑龙江2005-2007年各地市土地可持续利用情况进行综合评价,并采用聚类分析方法对各地市评价结果进行分析。黑龙江省各地市基于循环经济理念的土地可持续利用总体水平不高,并表现出一定的地区差异性,哈尔滨市综合评价指数最高,协调度也最高,七台河市综合评价指数最低,黑河与绥化两市的协调度较低,大庆市社会经济发展贡献度较高,其他城市综合评价指数相近,但存在的问题各有侧重。最后从各地市制约土地可持续利用的实际问题出发,提出区域土地利用策略。
Based on circulation economical concept, the evaluation Province. The sustainable land use condition of various cities in system of sustainable land use is designed in Heilongjiang Heilongjiang Province is evaluated with analytic hierarchy process from 2005 to 2007. Then evaluating indicator factor contribution rate and coordination degree is also analyzed, the results indicate that the whole level of sustainable land use in various cities in Heilongjiang Province is not high and in a certain extent, some regional differences are displayed, then the comprehensive evaluation index and coordination degree of Harbin City is highest in all the evaluation cities in Heilongjiang Province,and the comprehensive evaluation index of Qitaihe City is lowest, the harmonious degree of Suihua and Heihe cities are lower, the contribution rate of the society and economy development of Daqing City is higher and synthetical evaluation index of other cities are similar, but the existent problems are different in all the evaluation cities. Some criteria level factors are selected as cluster factors with cluster analysis method to analyze sustainable land use condition of various cities in H eilongjiang Province,and sustainable land use condition of various cities are divided into six species, then the sustainable land use condition of every species is analyzed. Finally the different strategies of land use for the different region are put forward by the practical problems of sustainable land use of various cities in Heilongjiang Province.
