摘要
目的调查蚌医附院医院感染现患率,了解医院感染发生情况及医院感染管理中存在的问题。方法采用横断面调查方法,对2009年11月10日医院住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查,并将数据汇总、整理、统计分析。结果调查住院患者1697例,发生医院感染54例,例次感染55例,现患率3.18%,例次感染率3.24%;感染部位以上呼吸道为主,占41.82%;培养出病原微生物10株;抗菌药物使用率55.75%。结论医院感染现患率调查有利于发现医院感染管理工作中存在的问题,为制定医院感染监控措施提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection and discover the existing problems in the management of nosocomial infection.Methods With a cross-sectional study,the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection of my hospital was investigated on Nov 10,2009.All the data were collected,summarized and analyzed statistically.Results 1 697 patients were investigated,54 patients（55 cases） were acquired nosocomial infection,the point prevalence rate and case prevalence rate of nosocomial infection were 3.18% and 3.24%,respectively.The main infectious site was upper respiratory tract（41.82%）;10 pathogenic germ were cultured.The antibiotic adoption rate was 55.75%.Conclusion The investigation analysis on the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection is beneficial in discovering the existing problems in the management of nosocomial infection,and can provide guidance for prevention and control of nosocomial infection.
