摘要
以金针菇杂交菌种F19为试材,采用单因素试验和正交试验研究了非营养因子对金针菇液体发酵多糖产量的影响。结果表明:金针菇F19液体发酵多糖产量收率最好的非营养因子发酵条件为菌龄48 h、接种量10%、起始pH 7.5、发酵温度26℃、摇床转速130 r/min、发酵时间7.5 d。
The aim was to study the optimum non-nutritional factors for liquid fermentatoin of Flamrnulina velutipes of F19 to obtain polysaccharide. Using single factor experiments and orthogonal tests the effect of non-nutritional factors on the yield of polysaccharide by liquid fermentatoin of Flammulina velutipes was studied. The results showed that the optimum condition of liquid fermentatoin on the biggest yield of polysaccharide was seed age 48 h, inoculation size 10%, initial pH 7. 5,culture temperature 26℃, rotational speed 130 r/ min and fermentation time 7. 5 h.
