以壳聚糖为材料 ,制备了机械强度较好 ,直径为 0 .5~ 1 .5mm的壳聚糖多孔珠。并以壳聚糖多孔珠为载体、胰蛋白酶为配基 ,合成了亲和吸附剂 ,壳聚糖多孔珠的胰蛋白酶结合量为 1 0 0 0 0U/ g干壳聚糖 ,最大吸附蛋白量为 1 8.7mg/ g干壳聚糖 ,由每克干壳聚糖制成的亲和吸附剂对 UTI的吸附容量为 6 41
Chitosand porous beads was prepared with a diameter of 0 5~1 5mm from chitosan.The affinity ligand,trypsin,was immobilized on the CPB,thus the affinity adsorbent was prepared.The results showed 10 000U trypsin could be immobilized on 1g chitosan and the maximum bound protein was 18 7 mg on 1g chitosan.The maximum adsorption capacity of the affinity adsorbent prepared from 1g chitosan for the urinary trypsin inhibitor was 6 410U.
