摘要
留学生教学不仅是我国教育的重要组成部分,亦是广大青年教师面临的机遇和挑战。本文就青年教师在留学生解剖教学中的优劣势进行分析,并结合留学生的特点,提出青年教师应不断加强英语学习,充分利用多媒体,认真备课,广泛听课,集体备课,以及加强同留学生的交流,关心留学生的学习和生活,注重教书育人。
Education of international student is not only an important component in our country ＇ s education but also an opportunity and a challenge for many young teachers. This paper first analyzes young teachers＇ advantages and disadvantages in teaching anatomy for international students. Then based on international students＇ characteristics it suggests that young teachers should constantly improve their English, make full use of multimedia, prepare lessons conscientiously and make collective lesson preparation, observe classes extensively, and reinforce communications with international students so as to care for their study and daily life. Finally young teachers should pay much attention to imparting knowledge and educating students at the same time.
