摘要
对掺油机理进行分析,运用工程技术的方法提出最佳配比量的确定,并从粘度、出砂、油层动用程度、生产阶段和所处环境五个方面对掺稀油进行探讨,可以为同类稠油油田掺稀油工作提供参考。确定合理的掺油比应根据油井的原油粘度、温度、含水、含砂等情况而定,在保证油井正常生产的前提下,使油井产量、泵效最高,经济效益最好。
Based on the analysis of oil--containing mechanism, this paper proposed the best proportion of oil by engineering techniques, discussed the thin oil blending in terms of viscosity, sand production, degree of oil reservoir employment, production stage and environment thus providing references for thin oil blending practice in similar heavy oil fields. The proper ratio of oil blending should be determined by crude oil viscosity, temperature, the proportion of water and sand containing and other factors thus maximizing oil output, pump efficiency and economic benefit while also ensuring regular output of wells as the precondition.
