摘要
通过不同油种、不同组合工艺的沥青产品TFOT后15℃延度与沥青针入度之比及 钟入度比的考察,对沥青原料的油种进行选择,对加工工艺进行优化,研制开发了针入度比大 于70%、TFOT后15℃延度大于100 cm的耐老化型高等级道路用AH-70沥青产品。其常规 质量指标符合Q/SHR003-2000的要求。
Aging resistance asphalt was developed by research on ductility and penetration ratio of different crude oil and processing technology. Its penetration retained after TFOT was greater than 70%, and its 15℃ ductility after TFOT was greater than 100cm. The quality index of this product can meet requirement of Q/SHR003--2000.
