摘要
发展循环经济是实现经济可持续发展的有效路径。基于循环经济的产业生态化建设需要从企业内部、企业之间和社会整体三个层次进行,以达到资源循环利用和保护生态环境的目的。具体措施包括:在产品功能、包装、制造工艺及材料选择上贯彻减量化原则,在产品制造、配送、销售和使用过程中贯彻再利用原则,在产品回收和处理上贯彻再循环原则等。
Developing circular economy is an effective way to achieve sustainable economic development, The construction of industrial ecosystems based on circular economy needs to be built from within the enterprise, between enterprises and the whole society in order to recycle resource and protect ecological environment. The specific measures include that implementing the principle of reduction in the product features, packaging, manufacturing processes and materials selection, implementing the principle of re- use in the prod- uct manufacturing, distribution, sales and uses, implementing the principle of recycling in the product recovery and handling.
