摘要
目的建立糖尿病阴虚血瘀证大鼠模型并观察糖瘀康颗粒的药效作用。方法以高糖高脂饲料饲养SD大鼠,同时喂饲甲状腺素,再尾静脉注射低剂量四氧嘧啶(ALX)35mg/kg,以复制糖尿病阴虚血瘀证大鼠模型。用降糖降脂、活血化瘀、生化免疫等指标观察糖瘀康的药效。结果所建模型具有糖尿病症状和阴虚血瘀中医证候。糖瘀康能改善模型大鼠多饮、多食和阴虚血瘀状况,具有降糖降脂、活血化瘀及提高免疫力等作用。结论糖尿病阴虚血瘀证大鼠模型造模成功。糖瘀康对模型大鼠具有防治作用。
Objective To establish rat models of diabetes with Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome (YDBS). and to investigate the preventive and therapeutic effect of Tangyukang Granula (TYK)on YDBS rats. Methods SD rats models with YDBS were reproduced by fed with high fat and high sugar diet, and thyroxine pills for 30 days, then by injected with 35 mg/kg alloxan into tail vein. Meanwhile, the therapeutic effect of TYK was investigated on YDBS rats. Results The es- tablished model had the characteristics of diabetes and YDBS. TYK could relieved the symptoms of polydipsia and polyphagia, and the manifestations of YDBS, showing an effect on decreasing blood glucose and lipid, activating blood and removing stasis, and improving immune function. Conclusion The diabetic rat model with YDBS is successfully estab- lished. TYK has preventive and therapeutic effect on YDBS rats.
