摘要
自17世纪以来,英国面临着传统能源供应链断裂导致的社会经济危机,变革旧生态体制下的经济发展方式势在必行。英国转危为机,率先在经济生活领域实现能源转换,并适时将煤炭燃料转化为蒸汽动力,从而真正发动和支撑了工业革命,引领了世界经济的发展。
England was faced with social and ecomomic crisis of breaking off supply chain of the traditional energy sources sincel7th century,and had to change its economic developmental model under the biological old regime.Taking this occasion to opportunity,England was the first country to complete energy sources transformation in social and economic field,and turn coal into steam power on time, therefore really launched and sustained the Industrial Revolution and led development of the world ecomomy.
