摘要
利用日本理学3063型X-射线荧光光谱仪拟定了岩石中多元素测定方法。采用国家 一级标准参照物质为校准标准,用适应原子序数范围宽的散射幂函数法校正基体效应,本法 获得了低的检出限、高的精密度和准确度。
A Rigaku 3063 X-ray fluorescence spectromter was applied to multi-element determination in rocks. Calibration was made by Chinese National Standard Reference Materials (GBW). Scattering power function method which is suitable for wider range of atomic number, was used for matrix correction. Low detection limit, good precision and accuracy were obtained.
