卵巢血管蒂征对于卵巢和非卵巢来源肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值 被引量:19

摘要 目的利用多排螺旋CT(MDCT),研究卵巢血管蒂征(OVPS)对于卵巢来源与非卵巢来源肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值;并探讨卵巢静脉直径的大小与卵巢肿瘤的关系。方法对101例盆腹腔包块患者行盆腹部MDCT扫描,观测双侧OVPS的有无,测量双侧卵巢静脉的最大短径,以手术病理结果为诊断金标准,对OVPS结果进行诊断性试验。结果①OVPS判断盆腔肿瘤为卵巢来源的敏感性为92.59%,特异性为86.49%,准确性为88.12%,有统计学意义(P<0.005)。②单侧卵巢肿瘤患者患侧与健侧的卵巢静脉直径差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。卵巢肿瘤的体积与同侧卵巢静脉的直径无直线相关关系。结论OVPS对于判断卵巢来源与非卵巢来源肿瘤有影像学诊断价值。
