摘要
本文以填充萃取剂2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己基酯的CL-P507萃淋树脂为萃取色层的固定相,研究了在盐酸介质中淋洗液酸度、稀土负载量对分离钆的影响。对萃取色层柱效率与液-液萃取理论级数进行了比较,优化了工艺条件,分离出纯度大于99.9997%的Gd2O3。
CL-P507 resin to adsorb the extractant,2-ethyl hexyl phosphonic acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester,HEH(EHP),was used as the extraction chromalography stationary phase.The effects of the HCl concentration,RE load capacity on the chromatography separation of gadolinium oxide were investigated.We compared the extraction chromatography column effciency with theory stage of liquid-liquid extraction The optimization process has been used for separation of high purity gadolinium oxide.
