摘要
目的探讨痒痛灵冻疮膏的研制及其防治冻疮的疗效。方法随机选择冻疮患者229例,分为两组,治疗组111例采用痒痛灵冻疮药膏局部外用,对照组118例采用传统冻疮膏和口服治疗联合应用,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组疗效比对照组明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论痒痛灵冻疮药膏既能治疗冻疮又能预防冻疮的发生,具有抗水肿、消炎、止痒、止痛、保护皮肤黏膜等功能,适合临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the manufacture of Yangtonglin frostbite paster and its efficacy.Methods To randomly select 229 cases of frostbite patients who were divided into two groups,the treatment group with 111 cases adopted topical application of Yangtonglin frostbite paster,the control group with 118 cases adopted the traditional frostbite paster combining with oral therapy,then to compare the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The difference on the efficacy of treatment group compared with control group was statistically significant.Conclusion Yangtonglin frostbite paster can cure the frostbite and prevent the occurrence of frostbite,has the functions such as anti-edema,anti-inflammatory,anti-itching,anti-pain,protection of skin mucous membranes,is suitable for clinical application.
