75例冠心病患者糖化血红蛋白水平测定及临床研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平与冠心病发病关系,了解HbA1c与冠心病发病的相关危险性。方法对本院近2年半来住院的单纯冠心病患者75例(实验组)进行HbA1c水平测定,并与非糖尿病的其他病种患者75例(对照组)的HbA1c水平进行对比分析。结果在排除年龄、性别、血压、体重指数等相关因素的情况下,实验组HbA1c水平均值明显高于对照组,两组比较P<0.01,有显著统计学差异。结论HbA1c水平与冠心病的发生有明显相关性,可能参与冠心病的发病机制,其水平降低有益于预防冠心病的发生。
