摘要
目的:调查山东大学不同地段社区居民就医行为现状及城市与城乡结合部的差距,分析存在的主要问题,为完善社区卫生服务模式提供科学依据。方法:运用分层整群抽样的方法,调查山东大学4个社区共500人就医行为。结果:山东大学区和城乡结合部居民就医行为无明显差异。结论:整合资源,构建有效的社区卫生服务模式;规范社区卫生服务机构收费制度,促进居民良性就医行为形成。
Objective： To investigate the situation of the residents＂ behavior to seek medical care in different community of urban area of Jinan city and the difference of the residents＂ behavior between urban area and outskirt, analyzing the main prob- lems in order to provide a scientific basis for improving the model of health service in community. Methods ： The stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 500 people of the behavior of seeking medical care in four communities of Jinan city. Results： There was no significant difference in the residents＇ behavior of seeking medical care between urban areas and outskirt of Jinan city. Conclusion ： It is important to integrate resources and build an effective health service model in community so as to standardize the charging system for medical treatment and meliorate the residents＇ behavior to seek medical care.
