摘要
[目的]分析南京市医疗资源分布与利用现状,探索其特点和原因,为南京市医疗机构设置规划提供参考。[方法]采用描述性统计方法。[结果]南京市医疗资源分布和利用呈现向城区集中,向高层次机构集中的状态,政府投入不足,且对高层次机构的财力投入比例高于基层医疗机构。[结论]平衡城乡医疗水平,合理增加政府投入,完善社会医疗保障制度,加强社区医疗服务体系能力建设。
[Objective] To analyze the current situation of medical resource allocation and utilization in Nanjing, and explore its characteristics and reasons to provide reference for arrangement plan on medical institutions. [ Methods] Descriptive statistics were taken to analyze the results. [ Results] Medical resource allocation and utilization present to concentrate in urban and senior institutions. The medical resources were lack of government finance, while the funding from government for senior institutions was more than that for the primary institution. [ Conclusion] h is necessary to balance the medical level between rural and urban region, increase input of government in medical resource.s, and improve the social medical security system as well as strengthen the ability of community medical service system.
