摘要
目的了解达州市学龄前儿童视力发育异常状况，对视力异常儿童提供干预措施，达到早期防治弱视的目的。方法采用美国伟伦公司生产的Suresight视力筛查仪对笔者所在医院集体体检的儿童进行视力筛查，并对结果进行统计分析。结果男女视力异常检出率分别为12．82％和12．76％，各类视力异常中散光发生率均较高，其次是远视，近视发生率均较低。男女之间总检出率和各类视力异常检出率差异均无统计学意义；各年龄组散光、远视的检出率差异有统计学意义，远视的检出率有随年龄的增加而增加的趋势，散光的检出率则有随年龄的增加而减少的趋势。筛查异常到眼科就诊的46例中有42例被确诊，诊断符合率达91．3％。结论通过Suresight手持式自动验光仪的检查结果大致了解儿童的屈光状态，为临床进一步的检查和眼保健提供参考，达到早期发现弱视的目的，对眼保健工作具有重要的指导意义。伟伦视力筛查仪对学龄前儿童进行视力筛查非常方便、实用，适合在儿童保健中推广使用。
Objective To understand the abnormal conditions of visual development of preschool children in Dazhou, for prevention and treatment of amblyopia early to provide interventions for children with visual abnormalities. Methods To vision screening on the children for collective examination with the suresight vision screening instrument produced by the U. S. WelehAllyn and statistical analysis on the results. Results The detection rate of visual abnormal for boys and girls was 12.82% and 12.76% ;the astigmatism is the highest incidence of visual anomalies in the various types, hyperopia is the second, and the myopia prevalence are low. There was no significant difference in the overall detection rate between the boys and girls;and there was no significant difference in the visual anomalies detection rate between the various types;there was a significant difference in detection rates in the astigmatism,hyperopia in various age groups, the detection rate of hyperopia increased with age, detection rate of astigmatism has decreased with age. There was 42 cases of 46 cases were diagnosed to diagnosis in ophthalmology which screening abnormal,the diagnostic rate was 91.3%. Conclusion By the results of suresight hand - held automatic refractometer can understand the children＇s refractive status roughly, provide a reference for further clinical examination and eye health care, for detection of amblyopia early, it is an important guiding significance for eye health care. Welch Allyn＇s vision screening instrument for vision screening is very convenient and practical for preschool children, and it is suitable to promote the use of child health care.
