摘要
研究新闻从业者道德内化,使新闻从业者自觉主动地进行职业道德内化不仅必要而且十分紧迫。要求新闻从业者职业道德内化的前提条件是为新闻从业者提供相应的职业保障,包括经济、人身及职权保障等。内化内容主要包括职业道德规范和职业知识与技能这两个方面。内化的途径主要有严格实行执业资格制度,从源头上把好关;以人为本,切实保障新闻从业人员的基本利益;建立科学的新闻职业道德教育体系;健全新闻职业道德管理监控机制;自我内化。
It is necessarily and urgently for the journalist to internalize actively their professional ethics. Its precondition is the relevant protection of their economy, person and position. Its main contents include moral norm and professional knowledge and technique. Its main methods are to seriously carry on the occupational qualifications system from the beginning, to tangibly protect the journalists＇ interests, to scientifically establish moral educational system, to improve the moral management monitoring system and to self-internalize.
