摘要
目的了解温州市护士对护理职业认同情况,提出对策。方法自行设计调查表,对温州市6所医院715名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士总体对职业角色认同确定、情感积极,具有一定的工作动力水平;不同护龄、职称护士对"坚持上夜班"的认同,组内比较有统计学意义。结论温州市护士职业认同度较高,但亦存在负面职业认同,管理者应引起重视。
Objective To study the status of professional identity for nurses in Wenzhou and take corresponding meas- ures. Method Investigate 715 nurses from 6 hospitals in Wenzhou by self--designed questionnaire. Result The overall nurse is sure in professional role-- identity and positive in emotion and has a certain level of motivation to work. There is sig- nificant difference in insisting on night shift between nurses with different nursing age and professional title in group. Conclusion Professional identity for nurses in Wenzhou is high. But there is still negative professional identity, which should be paid attention to by managers.
