摘要
战略网络绩效度量的困难给绩效管理增加了极大复杂性,并使得反馈控制很难奏效。文章在分析已有文献关于网络组织绩效与稳定性关系的基础上,提出战略网络的稳定性是一个持续的动态过程,是网络组织取得良好绩效的决定性变量的观点。通过协调稳定性可以对绩效进行实时控制。对稳定性概念做了界定,分析了影响稳定性的因素,建立了稳定性对绩效影响机制的框架。
Because the great complexity of performance management is derived from the difficult of performance measurement of strategic network, the method of feedback control is ineffective. According to the extant literatures about the relation of stability and performance of network organization, the stability is proposed as a continuous dynamic process and the determinant of performance. The management of performance can be conducted in the real time by the coordination of stability. The concept and influence factors of strategic network sta- bility is defined and analyzed separately. The framework of influencing mechanism of stability to performance is constructed.
