摘要
由于全球化与信息化的快速发展,世界经济一体化和区域经济集团化的趋势日益明显,企业面临的市场环境因此发生了很大变化,企业之间的竞争逐渐从对抗走向合作。战略联盟作为一种双赢的战略观念,已经成为了企业开展组织制度创新,提高自身竞争力的重要手段。为此,企业开展战略联盟要从自身特点和行业实际出发,不能简单地照搬和模仿国外做法。
With the global and informational rapid development, the trend of the world economics integration and regional economics collectivization is outstanding day by day. The market environment enterprises are facing changes dramatically. Enterprise's antagonistic competition goes into co-operational competition. As a win-win strategic notion, strategic alliance became an important means by which enterprises carried out organization innovation and enhance their competition capability. So enterprises should make an alliance according to their own characters and professional practice and can't imitate mechanically or copy foreigner's way.
