摘要
针对水平井完井中割缝筛管下入过程中的强度问题,建立了割缝筛管强度计算模型。采用模拟试验和有限元分析2种方法对水平井割缝筛管的强度进行研究,并进行了对比分析,结果表明,在割缝筛管弯曲段割缝尖端处的轴向应力较大,使缝张开的应力和剪应力均较小;对于宽度为0.5mm,缝长80mm,每周30条缝,缝间距20mm的割缝筛管最大Mises等效应力为252.88MPa,小于其材料的屈服强度,因此该割缝筛管强度满足实际应用要求。提出的研究方法为割缝筛管研究提供了新的思路,可用于割缝筛管强度分析、可靠性评估和割缝筛管优化设计。
Considering the strength problem in the process of the slotted screen pipe insertion in horizontal wells,a model to calculate the pipe strength was established.Simulation test and finite element analysis were adopted to study the strength and a comparative analysis was conducted.The result shows that the axial stress is relatively great at the tip of the slotting in the bending section of the pipe and both the stress to make the slot open and the shear stress are small.As for the pipe with a width of 0.5 mm,a slotting length of 80 mm,30 slots every circumference and inter-slot distance of 20 mm,the maximum Mises equivalent stress is 252.88 MPa,which is less than the yield strength of its material.Therefore,the pipe strength satisfies the practical requirement of application.This research method provides a new orientation for the study of the slotted screen pipe.It can be applied to the analysis of the pipe strength,reliability evaluation and optimized design of the pipe.
