青莪汤对Lewis肺癌小鼠MMP9、Ang-Ⅱ、EGF、微血管密度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过检测C57/BL荷瘤小鼠的基质金属蛋白酶(MMP9)、血管紧张素(Ang-Ⅱ)、表皮生长因子(EGF)的含量,观察青莪汤对Lewis肺癌的生长、肿瘤微血管生成及转移的影响。方法以C57/BL荷瘤小鼠为研究对象,以顺铂为阳性对照,以生理盐水为阴性对照,观察青莪汤各剂量组对Lewis肺癌的MMP9、Ang-Ⅱ、EGF、微血管密度的作用。结果青莪汤的低剂量能抑制Lewis肺癌的生长,且能抑制Ang-Ⅱ、EGF的活性,与模型组比较(P<0.05),青莪汤各剂量组均能抑制MMP9的活性,与模型组比较(P<0.01)。青莪汤的中、低剂量、顺铂组能显著抑制肿瘤微血管的生长,与模型对照组比较(P<0.001)。结论青莪汤能抑制Lewis肺癌的转移,其机制可能与抑制MMP9、Ang-Ⅱ、EGF的活性,降低肿瘤的微血管密度有关。
