摘要
目的观察十全大补汤对Lewis肺癌C-myc表达的影响。方法复制小鼠Lewis肺癌模型,运用免疫组化法分析C-myc在小鼠Lewis肺癌组织中的表达及十全大补汤对其表达的影响。结果十全大补汤高、中、低剂量组对小鼠Lewis肺癌均有不同程度的抑瘤作用,以中剂量组最为明显,与模型组比较差异显著;十全大补汤中、高剂量组均能有效降低小鼠Lewis肺癌C-myc的表达,与模型组比较差异显著,以中剂量组最为明显。结论十全大补汤对小鼠Lewis肺癌有抑瘤作用,其机制可能是影响C-myc的表达,从而影响细胞从G0/G1期进入S期,有效地将细胞周期阻滞于G1期,并诱导凋亡发生。
Objective:To observe the influence of Shiquandabu Decoction(十 全 大 补 汤 ) on the expression of C-myc in Lewis lung cancer. Methods:Duplicated the models of Lewis lung cancer in mice. Analysized the expression of C-myc in the tissues of Lewis lung cancer and the influence of Shiquandabu Decoction to the expression with the methods of immunochemistry. Results:Shiquandabu Decoction in the high-dose,the middle-dose and the low-dose group all had an action of inhibitating tumor,the middle-dose group was the most obvious,with a significant diffence compared with the model group Shiquandabu Decoction in the middle-dose and the high-dose groups both could effectively reduce the expression of C-myc in Lewis lung cancer,with a significant diffence compared with the model group,especially in the middle-dose group. Conclusion:Shiquandabu Decoction has an effect of inhibitating tumor on Lewis lung cancer in mice.The mechanism is likely to influent the expression of C-myc,then inhibitate cells in the stage of G0/G1 from entering the satge of S,hold cells in the stage of G1 effectively and induce cells to die down.
