Study on Intermittent Transportation Technology in Petrochemical Heat Oil Pipeline

摘要 研究了石油化工管线在停输时受外界非稳态环境的影响下管内介质的温降情况,确定了管线停输温降允许的停输时间。对埋地管道正常运行情况、停输情况和再启动情况进行研究分析,建立了埋地管道间歇输送温降数学模型。以实际埋地管道为例,模拟历史最不利气候数据,观察埋地管道温度场的变化,并根据温度场的变化情况,对停输过程、再启动过程模拟分析,确定了铁大线埋地管道安全停输时间,为铁大线埋地管道安全越冬提供参考。 Temperature drop of medium in petrochemical pipeline was studied during shutdown of petrochemical pipeline under influence of non-steady external environment, allowable shutdown time to control temperature drop in reasonable range was determined. Three operation situations for the buffed pipeline including normal operation, shutdown and restart were researched and analyzed,and a mathematical model of temperature drop for intermittent conveying of the buried pipeline was established. Taking actual buffed pipeline as an example, through simulating data of the most adverse past climate and observing the temperature field change of the buffed pipeline, the simulation analysis of the shutdown and the restart was carried out by temperature field change, safe shutdown time of the buffed pipeline was determined and a reliable basis for Tie-Da buffed pipeline during the winter was provided.
