摘要
加氢裂化装置中加热炉出口至反应器的管道称为反应转油线。该管道具有高温、高压、壁厚大以及相连设备受力要求苛刻的特点。此外管内介质为两相流,容易引起管道振动,管道应力分析较为困难。文章阐述了该管道的应力分析方法,通过不同设备和管道布置方案的分析对比,对设计方案的优化选择提出了建议。
The reacting transfer line connecting the heater outlet with the reactor is subjected to high temperature and high pressure,the pipe wall is thick,and the load requirements of connecting equipment are very strict.In addition,the two-phase fluid in pipe easily leads to significant pipe vibration,and the pipe stress analysis is difficult.The stress analysis method for reacting transfer line is presented in this paper,and some suggestions are made for the optimization of design scheme by comparing different equipment layout and piping design.
