摘要
目的:通过对维生素C在水溶液、酸性溶液、缓冲溶液中稳定性的考察,探讨褶合光谱的动力学分析功能。方法:用褶合光谱的定性鉴别分析功能对采集的吸光度信息进行自我训练,建立标准样本,用标准样本对3h内每隔05h测得的样本进行同一性检验,结果用三维褶合光谱的差谱点的百分率表示。结果:维生素C在缓冲溶液中比较稳定,其次为在酸性溶液中,在蒸馏水中最不稳定。结论:褶合光谱法为药物稳定性研究提供了一个新的手段。
OBJECTIVE:To investigated kinetics analysis of the convolution spectrum by measuring the stabilities of vitamin C in water,acidic solution and buffer solution.METHODS:The standard sample was set up by self training the absorption value with identification function of the convolution spectrum.The identical check of the sample for every half an hour within 3 hours was carried out. The result was showed by the ratio of the three dimensional differential diagram of convolution spectra.RESULTS:Vitamin C was most stable in buffer solution,more stable in acidic solution,less stable in water.CONCLUSION:The convolusion spectremetry provides a new means for the research of the stability of drugs.
