摘要
给出了基于组态王6.53组态软件的多晶硅定向凝固生产线监控系统的设计及实现.开发了一个界面直观、功能较全面的监控系统,实现了对多晶硅凝固生产线的手动/自动控制,包括数据的采集和分析,控制参数的自整定,故障的报警和处理等功能,为提高产品质量提供了关键的数据和图表分析.该监控系统的设计综合使用了组态软件、数据库技术及VB程序设计语言,设计出的系统人机界面友好,操作简单方便,已成功应用于生产实践中.
This paper gives a method to design a monitoring system for polysilicon directional solidification based on KingView 6.53, and its implement. A monitoring system with intuitive interface and full-featured has been developed. This system can realize manual/ automatic control of polysilicon solidification, including data collection and analysis, control parameters auto-tuning, failure alarm and alarm handling,etc. It provides the crucial date and graph analysis for improving product quality. This design of the monitoring system synthesizes the application of the configuration software, database technology and VB program language. It designed human-computer interface is amicable,operation is simple and convenient. This system has already applied to the factory production,effect sueeessfully fine.
