摘要
通过对工程胎胎面缠绕过程的研究,介绍了利用组态王开发上位机控制软件的过程。利用组态软件的数控系统可以对胎面缠绕过程实现实时数据采集、校正和显示,并进行智能仿形控制。实践证明,系统图形界面友好、操作方便、降低劳动强度和提高产品质量。
Based on the research of the tire tread winding forming the basic principle,the process of PC control software exploited by Kingview is introduced. Using numerical control system basing on exploiture of Kingview software in the tire tread winding forming, data acquisition, data reconciliation ,show and intelligent profiling can be got.. Practice has proved that the system has friendly graphical interface, gets easy operation , reduces labor intensity and improves product quality.
