川芎嗪对缺氧缺糖培养心肌细胞蛋白质、RNA合成及一氧化氮合酶基因表达的影响 被引量:23

摘要 目的:观察川芎嗪对心肌细胞缺氧缺糖损伤的保护作用。方法:本实验利用心肌细胞缺氧缺糖损伤模型,采用同位素掺入、Northern杂交分析方法,观察川芎嗪注射液对心肌细胞缺氧缺糖时蛋白质、RNA合成及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)mRNA表达的影响。结果:川芎嗪注射液可提高培养心肌细胞缺氧缺糖时3H亮氨酸(Leu)和3H尿嘧啶核苷(UR)的掺入率,促进蛋白质、RNA合成,诱导NOSmRNA在缺氧缺糖心肌细胞的表达。 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the protective effects of ligustrazine on cultural myocardial cells against hypoxia and lack of sugar.METHOD:This experiment adopted approaches of isotopic incorporation and Northern hybridization to examine the effects of ligustrazine on synthesis of protein and RNA,and NOS mRNA expression in cultural myocardial cells against hypoxia and lack of sugar.RESULTS:ligustrazn can improve the incorporation ratio of 3H Leu and 3H UR,enhance the synthesis of protein and RNA,and induce the expression of NOS mRNA in myocardial cells against hypoxia and lack of sugar.CONCLUSION:ligustrazine can improve the protective capability of myocardial cells to the injury of hypoxia and lack of sugar.
