摘要
观察乳复康片治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效,并与乳核散结片对照,观察两组服药前后液晶温敏图变化。结果治疗组160例有效率为95.0％,治愈率为66.3％。对照组80例有效率75.0％,治愈率为15.0％。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后液晶温敏图改善率为71.3％,对照组为27.5％。实验研究表明乳复康片具有预防及治疗乳腺增生病的作用,并能调节机体内分泌功能及改善血液流变性。
The treatment group was compared with another group treated by Ruhe Sanjie tablet, with observation made on their changes in liquid crystal thermogram. Results showed that the effective rate of 160 cases in the treatment group was 95. 0%, cured rate being 66. 3%; for those in the 80 cases of control group the figures were 75. 0% and 15. 0% respectively, with significant difference (P < 0. 01). For the treatment group, the improved rate of the liquid crystal thermo - gram was 71. 3%, that for the control group, 27. 5%. Experimental results revealed that Rufukang tablet was capable of preventing and treating mammary hyperplasia as well as adjusting hormone secretion and improving hemorrheology.
