Thirty cases of hyperplasia of breast were treated with electro-acupuncture and the total effective rate was 96.67%.Primary prescription included Wuyi(ST 15),Danzhong(CV 17)and Hegu(LI 4)and some Points were combined for certain symptoms.The optimal time for the treatment is 6th to sib, 13th to 15th and 22rd to 27th day after the menstrual period.After the needling, the patients' menstrual cycle became regular,the breast lump3 became softened and the mastalgia disappeared.The results show that the therapy is able to regulate the secretion of the pituitary-ovary-axis and makes it in a regular pattern.Thersfore, it plays a good role in preventing the disease from canceration.
