无规共聚聚丙烯改性聚碳酸酯的研究

摘要 通过熔融共混法制备了聚碳酸酯(PC)/无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)共混体系。PPR的加入可以降低共混物的熔体黏度及平衡转矩,改善成型加工性能;但是相容剂的含量不能过多,否则PC/PPR共混体系的流动性能会变差。通过热变形温度和维卡软化点的测定,加入PPR的PC共混体系的耐热性能下降比较少,共混体系可以保持在原有的温度范围内使用。结果表明:PC为连续相,PPR为分散相,PPR可作为PC的增韧剂增强界面间的相容性,有利于合金韧性的提高。 Polycarbonate (PC)/Polypropylene random copolymers (PPR) alloys were prepared by means of melt blending process.With the addition of PPR,the melt viscosity and torque balance of materials were decreased,and the forming performance of alloys was improved;if the content of compatibilizer is too much,the flow property of PC/PPR alloys will get worse.From the test of heat distortion temperature and vicat softening point,coming to a conclusion that blend system can be used at the original temperature range,because heat resisting property of PC/PPR alloy approach to that of polycarbonate.The results showed that the continuous phase is PC,the dispersed phase is PPR,and PPR can be used as toughening agent for PC,and increasing the interface adhesion was of benefit to the increase of the toughness of the blend.
